After completing my first 21 day challenge my weight dropped from 216 lbs. to 200 lbs. and I happily had to purchase a new wardrobe. Exercising 30 - 40 minutes a day has increased my endurance, flexibility, and strength... Joanna puts together a simple to follow meal plan every week that is not only delicious, but extremely healthy. Eating right has increased my energy, metabolism, and overall happiness. I’ve become more confident in the kitchen with an arsenal of healthy recipes that are simple to cook that even my kids enjoy. Having a friendly group that supports me and helps me be accountable for my goals is extremely powerful. I am 33 years old, but I feel and look better than I did when I was 23.

I tried the 21 Day Fix to lose some baby weight and to look and feel good for my daughter's Baptism. I ended up losing 9 lbs in just 21 days and I was able to go down a dress size! I felt so great on my daughter's big day. The program was very easy to do and pretty much foolproof. I drank Shakeology, followed the simple menu plan, used the portion control containers, and worked out daily to the provided DVDs for only 30 minutes a day. Joanna encouraged me and helped me through every step. The weight just fell off and my body really got toned. It all worked like a charm. The best part....I have been able to easily keep the weight off. I will definitely use the 21 Day Fix program again in the future.

I have known Joanna for a long time and have always found her to be a very inspirational person. I chose to join her first clean-eating challenge back in August of 2015 and I am incredibly happy that I did. This was the first time I'd participated in any kind of health-based group and I was a bit uneasy. Having been overweight most of my life I'd always felt ashamed of my appearance and felt as if people were judging me. I was afraid that being part of a group of healthy eaters would only highlight my flaws. I couldn't have been more wrong. This group has been a blessing in so many ways. There is no tearing down, no negativity and no judging or shaming. We admit when we fall off a bit, we celebrate each others' milestones and we support each other no matter what.
Joanna has been nothing short of amazing. She has taught me so much over the past eight months, knowledge that I will carry throughout my life. I could not be more grateful. I had so many questions in the beginning and Joanna was there to answer every single one. One of the things I am most surprised about is that there is nothing difficult about eating clean. Joanna makes it SO easy with her grocery lists, meal plans and unbelievably delicious recipes. Since joining this group I've learned that even the tiniest of diet changes can make the most incredible difference.
I found that the 21 Day Fix was most helpful to me. This was where I learned exactly what my body needs for fuel every day. I admit that the first week was a challenge - measuring out each portion and charting my meals and snacks was a bit time consuming. By week two I felt more comfortable and by week three I was a pro. I did my first fix in September and have been eating that way ever since.
By eating clean and exercising regularly I have lost 35 pounds and so many inches. I have gone down four pants sizes and three shirt sizes which is just amazing. My energy level has sky-rocketed. With a four year old and fourteen month old I need to be able to keep up and this lifestyle change has made it a cinch. Joanna's group has made such a difference in my life. It's a place to find knowledge, support and encouragement. It helps to keep me accountable and makes me feel strong and healthy every single day.
